Join Our Team as a Commission-Based Sales Partner

Algomatic Labs is looking for motivated individuals to help us grow our customer base and bring the power of artificial intelligence to small and medium-sized businesses. As a commission-based sales partner, you’ll have the opportunity to earn attractive commissions by introducing our AI-driven services, including AI chatbots, phone agents, and more, to new clients. This role is perfect for self-starters who enjoy flexibility and want to earn income by helping businesses automate and optimize their processes.

Compensation & Incentives

We offer a competitive commission structure designed to reward your efforts and keep you motivated for the long term. Here's how it works:

Base Commission: Earn $250 for every new customer you bring to Algomatic Labs.

Recurring Income: Receive $50 per month for up to 12 months, as long as the customer remains subscribed to our services.

Upsell Bonus: Earn additional commissions by upselling other Algomatic Labs services to existing clients.

Earnings Potential: What You Could Earn in a Year

Here are some examples of what you could potentially earn based on the number of clients you bring in:

Example 1: 

You recruit 5 clients in each quarter of the year

- Base Commission: $250 x 20 = $5000

- Recurring Income:

• $50 x 12 months x 5 clients (first quarter) = $3000
• $50 x   9 months x 5 clients (second quarter) = $2250
• $50 x 6 months x 5 clients (third quarter) = $1500
• $50 x 3 months x 5 clients = (fourth quarter) = $750

- Potential yearly income: $12,500

Example 2: 

You recruit 10 clients each quarter of the year

- Base Commission: $250 x 40 = $10,000

- Recurring Income:

• $50 x 12 months x 10 clients (first quarter) = $6000
• $50 x   9 months x 10 clients (second quarter) = $4500
• $50 x 6 months x 10 clients (third quarter) = $3000
• $50 x 3 months x 10 clients = (fourth quarter) = $1500

- Potential yearly income: $25,000

Example 3: 

You recruit 20 Clients in a quarter

- Base Commission: $250 x 80 = $20,000

- Recurring Income:

• $50 x 12 months x 20 clients (first quarter) = $12,000
• $50 x   9 months x 20 clients (second quarter) = $9000
• $50 x 6 months x 20 clients (third quarter) = $6000
• $50 x 3 months x 20 clients = (fourth quarter) = $3000

- Potential yearly income: $50,000

As you bring in more clients, the potential to earn more increases. With no cap on commissions, your earnings are based solely on your performance and dedication!

Important Notes:

1. All payments (including the base commission and recurring monthly payments) will begin once full payment has been received from the recruited customer. This ensures that both you and Algomatic Labs are compensated in line with our clients’ commitments.
2. No social contract: This is a commission-only position with no benefits such as medical/dental insurance, pension plan, or other employment-related benefits.
