- Hourly Development Rate: $75/hour

Note: Hosting plans are billed monthly and can be adjusted based on your chatbot’s interaction volume. Additional charges may apply for exceeding plan limits.

In addition to development, businesses using AI-powered phone assistants should be aware of additional recurring costs. Our AI phone assistant service includes a monthly charge for infrastructure, 24/7 monitoring, and support.

AI Phone Assistant Costs:

- Development Cost: Starting at $2,500 CAD depending on system complexity.

- Subscription Fee: $75/month for infrastructure, service monitoring, and     technical support.

- Per-Minute Usage Fee: Starting at $0.20 per minute for AI-assisted phone calls.

Note: These charges will vary based on the complexity and sophistication of the AI assistant, as well as any specific requirements for the system.

Minimum Engagement: A minimum of 10 hours of development work is required for any custom project.

Deposit: A payment deposit for the first 10 hours ($750 plus applicable taxes) of development and/or configuration is required before the work begins on the project. 

Payment Terms: All invoices are due within 30 days of the issue date. For larger projects, a 50% deposit may be required upfront.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly. 

Taxes: All price estimates mentioned in this document are subject to applicable Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST)  and should be added to these products and services.
